The seed of Vrolikheid Venue was planted with the planning of our daughters wedding in 2016.  The 60 year old garden with majestic trees that was planted by her grandparents was the perfect setting for her dream wedding.  Now it is our privilege to share what we love so much with others.  The farm is surrounded by the majestic Tulbagh mountains and only an hour and a half from Cape Town. Book our tranquil garden venue for weddings, birthdays, business functions and music festivals.  Take wedding photos among the roses and with our beautiful horses.

The whole function area (includes grass area) caters for up to 120 guests

The simplistic but cozy garden venue provides the perfect setting for small functions of 30 guests to larger functions of 120 guests.  The building consists of a fully functional kitchen and bar with modern restrooms.  Accommodation is available on Vrolikheid and surrounding farms.
